职位描述

1. 制定冲压件的冲压工艺方案和编制冲压工艺文件;

Make stamping parts stamping process method and stamping process documents;

2. 对模具制造商实施项目管理，对项目进度和零件质量、模具质量全面负责，独立负责厂家的从工艺方案确认，图纸会签、制造质量和进度监控，组织负责模具预验收和终验收直到模具交付冲压车间;

Control die supplier, responsible for project timing, part quality and die quality, responsible from supplier method confirmation, countersign, manufacturing quality and schedule, responsible for organizing die pre-buyoff and final buyoff, until give die to stamping shop;

3. 负责组织落实试装供件工作，对零件质量和模具质量持续改进，质量反馈，最终通过奔驰零件质量放行和生产放行; Responsible for organizing tryout parts supply, optimize part quality and die quality, quality feedback, to pass Benz part quality release and production release;

4. 收集翻译相关技术文件;

Collect and translate relative technical documents;

5. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求

1. 在合资汽车厂冲压部门或大型模具厂设计、工艺部门5年以上工作经验;

More than 5 years working experience in joint venture automotive company or big-size die maker design, process department;

2. 熟悉冲压工艺准备流程，有编制复杂冲压件工艺方案、图纸审查和模具调试的经验;

Familiar with stamping process preparation, has experience to make complex stamping part process method, drawing check and die tryout;

3. 大学本科学历，英语4级以上，笔译、口语熟练，冲压、材料相关专业;

Bachelor degree, CET-4 above, skilled with Translation and interpretation, major in stamping, material;

4. 精通办公室各种应用软件，熟练操作CATIA、UG、CAD等设计软件;

Familiar with office software, skilled CATIA, UG, CAD;

5. 应具有较强的沟通、协调、判断能力，责任心强。

Strong ability to communicate, coordinate and decide, strong sense of responsibility.
